By accessing or using this site, or by submitting your information through it, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this launch page. If local law requires a higher age threshold for digital services or consent, you are responsible for meeting that requirement.
3. Product Information and Availability
Information on this site is provided for general informational and commercial purposes. Submission through the waitlist, checkout, or launch-access flow does not guarantee immediate access, future feature availability, promotional eligibility, or platform timing unless expressly stated.
4. Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate information when using the form and not to impersonate any person, organization, or brand. PirateRadio may disregard submissions that appear fraudulent, abusive, or operationally invalid.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use this site to submit unlawful, infringing, misleading, threatening, harassing, or malicious material. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, automate abusive submissions, or use the site for spam, fraud, scraping, or competitive disruption.
6. Orders, Waitlist, and Communications
PirateRadio may use third-party service providers to operate the website, process orders, manage waitlists, send email, and deliver SMS messages. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies.
Submission of a form, purchase intent, or waitlist request does not create a guarantee of service, support level, release date, or future product roadmap commitment.
7. SMS Terms and Conditions
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive autodialed or non-autodialed recurring text messages from PirateRadio at the number you provided. These messages may include marketing messages, launch updates, product announcements, account-related notices, transactional updates, and support-related communications, depending on the consent you provide.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
To opt out, reply STOP to any text message. For help, reply HELP. You may also follow any unsubscribe or opt-out instructions provided in the message. Opting out of marketing texts will stop future marketing SMS messages, but you may still receive service-related messages where permitted. SMS consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold or shared with third parties for those third parties' own marketing purposes. PirateRadio branding, page design, copy, screenshots, software, and associated assets are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Apple badge artwork and Apple product names remain subject to Apple's separate trademark and marketing guidelines.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The launch page is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, PirateRadio disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, and non-infringement relating to the site and pre-release access communications.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, PirateRadio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, inability to access the site, or reliance on launch timing or roadmap information presented here.
